Faulty - AUTEL Elite Equipment For Testing Electrical Characteristics Of Internal Combustion Engines

Hello, This Machine I purhased for a pawn shop not knowing the extent of the problems with its hardware and software. The software seems to be is locked and has the screen tendancy to flicker and turn off completely which may mean there is something wrong with the battery. I called the manufacture and found out to get the software unlocked you need to purchase a new subscription to download all the vehicles. I am selling the tool as is. Other than that the tool can be used for spare parts and its in prestine condition. There is also a seperate digital scope camera that will be included. All sales are final and there will be no returns
